Title:  Supply Planning Senior Manager

 
The Supply Planning Senior Manager serves as the strategic link between JWS Logistics (JWSL) and the assigned Brand, ensuring supply plans, inventory strategies, and service levels are aligned with business objectives. This role leads the development and execution of short‑ to long‑term supply strategies for brand‑specific items, balancing service levels, inventory health, cost objectives, and risk mitigation. The position requires strong cross‑functional leadership, analytical expertise, and people‑management capability to ensure uninterrupted supply and operational excellence.
 
  • Serves as the primary liaison between JWSL and the Brand, ensuring alignment on supply strategies and priorities.
  • Leads short‑ to long‑term supply planning for brand‑specific items to meet business and service level requirements.
  • Drives monthly S&OP and S&OE processes, including supply alignment, capacity planning, and executive reporting.
  • Ensures accuracy, visibility, and execution of supply plans using planning systems such as Anaplan.
  • Develops and implements supply risk mitigation strategies addressing forecast volatility, capacity limits, and disruptions.
  • Optimizes inventory levels and working capital by enforcing inventory policies and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinates with Procurement, Commissaries, Logistics, and Business Units on supply strategies, new launches, and line extensions.
  • Monitors supply, inventory, and service performance, proactively addressing gaps, risks, and cost impacts.
  • Builds strong partnerships with Brand stakeholders and ensure service level commitments are consistently met.
  • Leads, coaches, and develops the supply planning team while promoting safety, food quality, and company values.

 

Job Qualifications:

  • A graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Must have at least five (5) years of extensive managerial experience in supply planning, demand planning, S&OP, inventory management, or end‑to‑end supply chain leadership.
  • Possess strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience using planning systems and tools (e.g., Anaplan or similar).
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced, and matrixed organization.
  • Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup in Bicutan, Paranaque.
