Title:  Supply Planning Senior Manager

The Supply Planning Senior Manager serves as the primary partner between JWS Logistics and assigned Foreign-Franchise Brands (FFB), ensuring that supply strategies, operational planning, and project initiatives are aligned with FFB requirements and business goals. This position leads the end‑to‑end planning of brand‑specific items, ensuring the right product is available at the right place, time, and cost.

• Strengthens the partnership between JWSL and the assigned brand.
• Serves as the brand’s key liaison, ensuring seamless coordination of JWSL services.
• Leads supply planning for brand‑specific items aligned with demand and SBU goals.
• Develops and implements strategies to optimize inventory, service levels, and costs.
• Aligns supply strategies with Corporate Procurement, SBUs, and Commissaries.
• Performs scenario planning to address risks such as forecast changes and supply disruptions.
• Drives tools and processes that reduce inventory and improve working capital.Achieve KPIs, including higher order fill‑rates and reduced non‑productive inventory.
• Mentors, guides, and develops the Supply Planning Team.
• Oversees team performance to ensure operational excellence and goal achievement.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Must have at least five (5) years of experience in a supply planning, preferably within the manufacturing, logistics or fast-moving consumer goods industry.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing effective supply planning strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across the organisation.
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Proficient in the use of supply chain management software and data analysis tools.
• Must be amenable to working on a hybrid work setup in Bicutan, Paranaque.
