Title:  Logistics Specialist (International Operations)

The Logistics Specialist (International Operations) acts as the primary point of contact for international markets, managing client relationships, understanding business needs, and ensuring expectations are met through proactive communication, tailored solutions, and regular performance updates.

 

  • Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless international operations, oversee project execution against client requirements and timelines, and promptly resolve operational issues to maintain service excellence.
  • Monitors and analyzes operational performance, prepares performance reports, and drives process improvements and cost optimization opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Leads international projects from planning through execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, seamless implementation, and achievement of client objectives.
  • Coordinates end-to-end order fulfillment for international markets, ensuring accurate and timely processing of purchase orders, sales order creation, inventory availability, and shipment execution through close collaboration with other teams.
  • Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work environment by adhering to housekeeping, waste management, and conservation programs, reporting workplace hazards, and actively participating in occupational health and safety initiatives and training.

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder preferably in Business Administration.
  • At least 2 – 3 years of experience in logistics functions.
  • Knowledge of local and international customs regulations and export processes is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage customer relationships and expectations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Must be willing to work in Bicutan, Parañaque (Hybrid work setup: 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH).
