Title:  Import & Export Officer

The Import and Export Officer will drive seamless trade operations by ensuring compliant, efficient, and well-coordinated import and export activities—supporting business continuity through strong regulatory expertise and stakeholder collaboration.

• Lead end-to-end import and export operations, ensuring efficiency and full regulatory compliance.
• Act as a key partner in safeguarding smooth cross-border movement of goods.
• Build strong relationships with brokers, forwarders, and service providers to drive performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes.
• Take ownership of customs-related challenges and deliver timely resolutions.
• Drive continuous improvement by developing SOPs and strengthening compliance frameworks.

Job Qualifications

• A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Commerce, or any equivalent course.
• Must have at least 5 solid and relevant experience in import and export, logistics, or trade and customs compliance in a principal company or organization.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine customs regulations and processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders internally and externally and excellent project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation capabilities
• Must be willing to report on a hybrid work setup in Bicutan, Paranaque
