Title:  Logistics (3PL) Manager

 

The Third Party Logistics (3PL) Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of contracts with third-party logistics providers, ensuring alignment with operational needs, legal standards, and business objectives. This role focuses on contract management, KPI monitoring, compliance, vendor governance, and continuous improvement to deliver best-in-class logistics performance.

 

  • KPI Monitoring & Exception Reporting: Track and report on key compliance metrics (e.g., Inventory Record Accuracy, OTIF, damages, audit scores). Highlight red flags and drive corrective actions with 3PLs and internal teams.
  • Control Framework Development: Design and implement controls to monitor 3PL adherence to SLAs, contract terms, and quality standards. Maintain risk registers and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Audit & Risk Oversight: Lead or coordinate warehouse and transport process audits. Validate root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances.
  • Continuous Improvement & Governance: Participate in business reviews, benchmarking, and cost-saving initiatives. Support audits and compliance checks.
  • Logistics Cost Management: Track and analyze logistics spend, prepare cost dashboards, and collaborate on budgets and forecasts.
  • Housekeeping Compliance: Lead warehouse cleanliness and 5S initiatives, ensuring audit findings are addressed promptly.
  • Food Safety & EHSS: Ensure 3PL compliance with food safety and environmental, health, and safety standards. Prepare management reports and drive zero-loss time incidents.

 

Job Qualifications:

 

  • A graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Quality/Compliance fields.
  • Must have at least three (3) years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or vendor management, with at least two (2) years in a compliance/control-focused role.
  • Possess a strong understanding of warehousing, transportation, and quality systems
  • Familiarity with audit techniques, risk management, and contract monitoring.
  • Proficient in ERP/WMS systems and data reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills with high attention to details and process discipline.
  • Knowledgeable of contract terms, SLAs, and vendor compliance is an advantage.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Sucat, Muntinlupa.
