Title:  Specialist, HR Business Partnering

Position Overview:
We are seeking an HR Support Specialist to provide a range of HR services to employees in the Commissary, helping them achieve business objectives and sustain growth through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Organization Architecture

  • Ensure complete documentation for workforce planning.
  • Identify talent gaps and source partners for talent supply.
  • Conduct Job Competency Assessments and summarize results.

2. Talent Acquisition and People Development

  • Conduct interviews and manage the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new employees.
  • Ensure training records are complete and collaborate with training providers.

3. Employee Relations

  • Lead employee relations programs and assess engagement levels.
  • Drive CSR initiatives in collaboration with the assigned account.

4. Labor Relations

  • Guide line managers on the implementation of the company’s Code of Conduct.
  • Ensure documentation is complete for disciplinary actions.

5. HR Financials

  • Propose budget-friendly programs and monitor departmental expenses.

6. Compliance

  • Adhere to company policies, GMP, food safety, and quality schemes.

Job Specifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years as an HR Generalist in a food manufacturing plant.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, facilitation, communication, and financial management skills.
