Title:  Production Encoder

The Production Encoder is responsible for encoding and recording all production- or logistics-related transactions in the database to ensure accurate inventory of materials and other clerical tasks needed.

• Transfers of posting materials from production storage locations.
• Checks actual inventory versus system-generated inventory reports.
• Files important documents, receipts, and other transactional records for future reference.
• Complies with existing standards, guidelines, and procedures.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any course.
• Preferably with experience in the same or similar industry.
• Must have basic to advanced computer proficiency skills (Microsoft Office applications, advanced in MS Excel).
• Must have good organization skill and an eye for detail, especially on data entry and information analysis.
• Must have good problem-solving skills and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Must be willing to work in Mandaue, Cebu
