Title:  Inventory Control Assistant (Mandaue, Cebu)

Job Description:

The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for ensuring the timely availability of raw materials to support the production plan. This role is crucial in maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring efficient operations, and meeting corporate inventory targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that raw materials are available in the right quantities to support the production plan.
• Maintain inventory levels according to corporate inventory targets.
• Submit timely and accurate inventory reports.
• Validate product mix and inventory targets periodically to ensure optimization.
• Initiate corrective actions and work directly with suppliers and cross-functional teams (Warehouse, Distribution, Marketing, Operations, and Purchasing) to ensure inventory objectives are met.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferred experience in a commissary, pharmaceutical, logistics, or manufacturing environment, particularly within multinational companies
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Open to Fresh Graduates
• Willing to be assinged in Mandaue, Cebu
