Title: Assistant Manager, Production
Job Description:
The Assistant Production Manager is responsible for efficient and smooth low of operations in the Production. The primary Objective is to produce the right quantity and quality of products at the right time and with the least possible cost.

Implements inventory control procedures to ensure usage of the right amount of materials.

Analyze equipment's performance and recommends maintenance to ensure proper functioning of equipment. Also implements maintenance on machines by submitting job order to EMD.

Analyses production data and performance and implements improvements in processes and procedures to achieve greater production efficiency.

Execution of effective production, schedule, and manpower planning.

Implements monitoring and reporting systems in detailing key parameters for all processes, equipments and personnel related activities. Reviews and ensures accurate and timely accomplishment and submission of such reports.

Works in constant and close coordination with other departments such as but not limited to QA for quality issues, Inbound logistic for material requisitions, EMD for maintenance concerns and HR for manpower related issues.

Approves personnel requests for leaves, and change of shifts in accordance with set company guidelines on such.
Job Requirements:

A graduate of Bachelor's Degree of Food Science or Engineering course (preferable Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial or Management)

With at least 2 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry. Open to roles in non-food manufacturing settings, provided there is a background in machine troubleshooting, as well as familiarity with SAP.

Required certification courses for GMP and HACCP.

Must be willing to work in Mandaue, Cebu (Full Onsite)
