Title: Senior Barista, RO Kitchen Operations
The Senior Barista is responsible for the overall development and maintenance of the CMCR Coffee Program to the highest standard.
-He will serve as the center of excellence for the quality control & availability of each cup of all beverage offerings.
-Provides overall guidance on the professional growth of each barista in the team and provides advice and recommendations to guests on the menu choices to achieve an excellent customer experience.
-Responsible for inventory management of all beverage offerings, ensuring alignment with cost targets and minimizing wastages.
Leads the training of new personnel, scheduling staff work hours and doing performance reviews.
