As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, delicious meals to our customers. What you'll be doing

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and procedures

• Maintain a clean and organised workstation to ensure food safety and sanitation standards

• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to minimise waste

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver efficient and timely service to our customers

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your culinary skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry

• Proficient in preparing a variety of dishes, including grilling, frying, and basic food preparation techniques

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle the demands of a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and sanitation

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work culture
