This full-time Barista role offers the opportunity to develop your barista skills and be a part of the growth and success of one of the largest food service companies in the Philippines.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to customers with speed and accuracy

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area to ensure efficient and safe operations

• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a positive dining experience

• Follow all applicable health, safety, and hygiene protocols to maintain high standards of food and beverage preparation

• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

• Contribute to a positive team dynamic and support colleagues as required

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-year experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service-oriented role in the food and beverage industry

• Knowledge of coffee preparation methods, equipment, and drink recipes

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to learn and improve your barista skills

• Knowledge and expertise in latte art-making
