Title:  Store Crew, RO Restaurant Support

Key Result Area 1: Inventory Management and Control
• Applies inventory control procedures relating to materials receiving, handing, and storing.
• Performs systematic and accurate physical count and recording of stock inventory (products, packaging and updated merchandising materials)
• Identifies and corrects deviations relating to materials receiving, handling, storing, and physical count.

 

Key Result Area 2: Sales Building
• Performs suggestive selling activities including new products/initiatives.
• Executes identified store building activities and Local Store Marketing initiatives.
• Updates sales monitoring during the shift including discount monitoring

 

Key Result Area 3: FSC Execution
• Executes FSC programs and activities as assigned by Restaurant Manager.
• Assists in the delivery and monitoring of quality products by checking product shelf-life, product temperature, equipment assembly, and temperature setting. • Cleans and organizes areas, such as product preparation and customer areas.

 

Key Result Area 4: Customer Experience
• Attends to customer inquiries, handles, and resolves minor complaints for customer recovery.
• Performs product preparation activities.
• Executes standards for relevant customer touch points
• Takes orders and processes payments through POS and ensures the implementation of the SBU Cash and Control Procedures
