Title:  Logistics Encoder

The Logistics Encoder correctly and promptly log or document, encode or reflect on-line all daily transactions such as but not limited to – work order receipts of in-process materials and to ensure that the corresponding documents are closely and properly disseminated, filed and duly accounted for.

Key Result Area

1. Ensures the accuracy of manual inputs or encoded data and distributes documents to concerned units.

         1.1 Word Order Receipts of In-process materials

2. Matches production schedules versus figures reflected on work order receipts of in-process materials to assure accuracy of inputs.

3. Organizes, sorts and maintains orderly and complete files of production and all other regularly generated transactions.

4. Does other related jobs which may be assigned by superiors from time to time. 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any four year course Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science or related courses.
• Should have at least one-year experience in on-line encoding preferably in production and/or distribution environment.
• Basic knowledge in standard office work and filing practices.
• Required certification courses for GMP and HACCP
• Passed Skills Proficiency
• Good academic record and highly computer literate, adept with numbers and with above average typing speed.
• Maintains effective relation and works well with others. Cooperative and is sensitive to feeling and needs of those around here.
• Shows professional appearance and conduct.
