Title:  Logistics Encoder (Davao)

The Logistics Encoder is responsible for monitoring outbound logistics transactions, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring data integrity to support efficient warehouse and distribution operations.

•    Monitors and records all outbound documents and inventory transactions with accuracy.
•    Ensures proper handling and accountability of materials and products released from the warehouse.
•    Maintains organized records, trackers, and inventory-related documentation.
•    Coordinates with 3PL providers and internal stakeholders for daily logistics operations.
•    Validates and reconciles inventory discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
•    Prepares and analyzes reports to support inventory and logistics activities.
•    Ensures compliance with GMP, HACCP, ERP processes, and company SOPs.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

•    Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related course.
•    Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in inventory, logistics, or manufacturing operations is an advantage.
•    Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
•    Certification or training in GMP and HACCP is preferred.
•    Detail-oriented with strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
•    Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high levels of data accuracy and integrity.
•    Must be willing to work in Davao on a shifting schedule and full on-site setup.
