Position Summary

The position is responsible in providing technical assistance to ensure effective delivery of training programs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct of Training
  • Quality Training Administration
  • Quality Validation and Measurement

Education

BS in Food Science, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management, Industrial Psychology , Industrial Engineering or other related discipline

Experience

  • With at least three years work experience in the Food Industry and in any related field/function

Licenses/Certifications/Trainings

FSC IQA Certified

Working Conditions

Primarily office-based with occasional fieldwork

  • SBUs, Learning & Development, HR, Other support groups Primary nature of Interaction: Training & Quality Program Initiatives

External Stakeholders

  • Consultants, Supplier, JFC Franchisee Primary nature of Interaction: coordination on conduct of trainings
