Title:  Production Assistant

The R&D Assistant – Production is responsible for preparing, weighing, and mixing coded key ingredients to support production requirements while ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with food safety standards.

• Produces coded key mixes based on production requirements.
• Weighs and mixes raw materials with accuracy and consistency.
• Prepares production reports, material requests, and inventory records.
• Monitors raw materials and finished goods inventory.
• Ensures compliance with GMP, GWP, HACCP, and quality standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper condition of production areas and equipment.
• Plant-based, shifting schedule (including weekends/holidays)
• Exposure to food ingredients (dust, spices)
• Safeguards formulation confidentiality and restricts unauthorized access.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2nd year college level or technical/vocational graduate
• Preferably with experience in Manufacturing, R&D, or QA (open to fresh candidates)
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 20 kg
• Knowledge of GMP, GWP, HACCP is an advantage
• Organized, adaptable, and willing to learn
• Willing to work in Danao, Cebu
