Title:  Process Engineering, Assistant Manager -Danao

The Process Engineering Assistant Manager oversees and improves manufacturing processes. He/She leads projects, drives operational and system improvements, analyzes strategic options and Key Performance Indicators, and recommends the best feasible option for operational and financial improvements in all commissary plants.

 

  • Performs, reviews and analyze results of Time and Motion Study.

  • Computes and reviews performance targets, reviews documented process and standards, leads discussion with MFG for targets setting and approval.

  • Reviews the accuracy and completeness of CSC metrics.

  • Reviews initiatives identified to improve performance and achieve targets.

  • Analyzes operational data (eg. OEE, DTs, Quality Results, Equipment & Process Data) to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Analyzes physical and chemical analysis data via Statistical Process Control to determine trends, correlates to output measures and call out possible issues/improvement opportunities.

  • Leads team in utilizing LEAN tools in eliminating/reducing losses.

  • Oversees and leads CI/process improvement projects of multiple production lines.

  • Recommends and implements solutions and changes to supply chain processes and systems; analyzes potential problems and implements preventive measures into the design, resulting to higher level of efficiency

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Management Engineering or any related/allied courses.

  • Master's Degree holder is not required but an advantage.

  • With at least three (3) years of relevant work experience as in a manufacturing, distribution, or food industries, and at least two (2) years of actual IE function.

  • With work experience in handling risk assessment and management

  • Relevant experience with statistical process control and capability analysis.

  • Must have experience in LEAN manufacturing

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must be willing to work in Danao, Cebu.
