Title:  Manufacturing Manager (Danao, Cebu)

This Manufacturing Manager ensures effective and efficient execution of manufacturing operations within the assigned production cluster to meet requirements for product volume, quality, and timeliness.

• Directs and controls various activities in the assigned production cluster to assure the smooth flow of production operations
• Monitors the quality, consumption of production materials and other operations requirements in his/her area
• Enforces implementation of IMS in the assigned production cluster
• Champions HACCP and other assessment/certifications in his areas
• Ensures that all production equipment, utilities/ facilities are properly maintained for maximum utilization
• Champions/manages projects in his/her area including those related to new product introductions, equipment installations and other initiatives related to process improvements.
• Abides Company Policies, Rules and Regulations on Discipline, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety, Quality Schemes, Safety and other related Company Policies being implemented

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering and any other related courses, preferably with Master's Degree holder
• With exposure in food science and technology and operations management
• Supervisory experience in a food manufacturing plant for at least 5 years
• Plant Operations management experience in food manufacturing for at least 3 years
• Willing to work in Danao, Cebu
