Title:  Inventory Assistant

The R&D Assistant – Inventory Control is responsible for managing SAP transactions, monitoring inventory, and supporting the daily production of coded key mixes to meet production requirements while ensuring quality and food safety standards.

• Monitors raw materials and finished goods inventory to support production needs.
• Ensures timely SAP requisition and issuance based on daily forecasts.
• Produces coded key mixes in accordance with schedule and specifications.
• Conducts quality checks and ensures proper documentation of production reports.
• Performs daily inventory monitoring and maintains accuracy with zero variance.
• Supports process improvements and coordinates with QA on quality initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of production areas and equipment.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• College level (at least 2 years in a technical/vocational course) or equivalent.
• Preferably with at least two (2) years of experience in food manufacturing or R&D.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and SAP is an advantage.
• Open to fresh candidates willing to learn and be trained.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work in Danao, Cebu on a shifting schedule (including weekends/holidays).
