Title: Finance Manager (Manufacturing)
The Finance Manager for Manufacturing serves as a strategic finance partner to manufacturing and plant operations. This role plays a critical part in driving financial performance, cost efficiency, and data‑driven decision‑making across production sites. The role will lead forecasting, cost analysis, and performance reporting while working closely with cross‑functional teams to identify risks, unlock value, and support operational excellence.
- Leads monthly, quarterly, and annual manufacturing forecasts and performance reviews.
- Performs variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior periods to identify key drivers.
- Prepares and present financial reports highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Oversees standard costing, cost roll‑ups, BOM reviews, and absorption analysis.
- Develops and tracks manufacturing KPIs (productivity, cost per unit, material and logistics variances).
- Provides financial insights on plant performance and recommends cost and efficiency improvements.
- Builds financial models and scenario analyses for capex, capacity expansion, NPI, and make‑or‑buy decisions.
- Evaluates and validates cost‑saving initiatives and realized financial benefits.
- Ensures compliance, internal controls, audits, and strong financial governance across manufacturing sites.
- Acts as a finance business partner to plant managers and cross‑functional teams, communicating insights across the organization.
Job Qualifications:

A graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Must have at least three (3) years of managerial or people management experience.

Must have at least five (5) years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, cost and management accounting, and financial management.
- Considering candidates with three (3) years of solid background and experience in performing financial and accounting functions in supply chain or in a manufacturing setup or similar industries.

Preferably with experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments.

Advanced analytical skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.

Proficiency in SAP, Anaplan, and Excel.

Strong business acumen and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, complex environment.
- Must be willing and flexible to working in Danao, Cebu.
