Title: Facilities Management Officer
The Facilities Management Officer will lead the effective management of company facilities, utilities, and workplace support services within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring that all facilities and infrastructure operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable regulatory standards while supporting business continuity and operational excellence.
- Manage the overall operations, maintenance, and upkeep of buildings, utilities, facilities, and surrounding premises.
- Ensure adherence to environmental, occupational health and safety, and other regulatory requirements related to facility operations.
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs for facility equipment and systems, including HVAC units, generators, fire protection systems, security systems, and other critical infrastructure.
- Supervise support service functions such as security, housekeeping, transportation, waste management, reception, and general administrative services.
- Prepare and manage facility-related budgets, asset lifecycle plans, and operational expenditures.
- Lead infrastructure enhancement initiatives, workplace improvement projects, and capital investment activities to support operational requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, service providers, government agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless facility operations.
- Promote continuous improvement, sustainability, safety, and business continuity initiatives across the site.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or possess equivalent license.
- At least three (3) years of relevant experience in facilities management, property management, building operations, or related functions.
- Strong background in facilities and property management, preventive maintenance management, building systems management (ACU, Genset, CCTV,FDAS, Fire Protection System), budget and asset management, project management, capacity planning, and space management.
- Experience managing outsourced service providers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, customer service, and people management skills.
- Willing to be assigned onsite in Danao, Cebu.
