Title:  Crew Leader - Daet Bayan, Camarines Norte (For Pooling)

The Crew Leader assists the restaurant management team (RMT) in implementing standard operating procedures and programs during his/her shift.

  • Assisting the RMT in implementing sales-related program/activity requirements, checking the cost management procedures, and conducting New Employee Orientation
  • Maintain and update records using established monitoring tools (e.g. sales-building initiatives, incentive programs, etc.)
  • Checking the proper implementation of Food Safety
  • Perform production, service, and channel management support activities
  • Prepare/facilitate admin tasks as assigned

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completed at least 2nd year college
  • At least 2 years of experience as Senior Crew or 3 years of experience as service/production crew
