Pinnacle Quality Foods Inc., the hiring entity, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation.
(VisMin) oversees end-to-end facilities and support services across multiple sites, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, cost control, project delivery, and high service levels for business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead facilities, asset, and space management across assigned sites
- Manage OPEX & CAPEX, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
- Ensure regulatory compliance (DENR, BFP, DOLE, FDA, LGUs, etc.)
- Oversee business support services (maintenance, security, fleet, cafeteria, utilities, pest control, staff housing)
- Manage vendors, contracts, and SLAs
- Lead facilities-related projects from planning to turnover
- Drive sustainability and waste management initiatives (EPR, Zero Waste, ESG)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred)
- Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
- With 5–10 years experience in facilities or property management
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in plant operations
- Strong background in multi-site operations, project and vendor management
- Proven leadership, financial acumen, and stakeholder management skills
- Work Location: Cebu (with multi-site coverage as required)
