Title:  Senior Facilities Management Manager

The Senior Manager, Facilities Management (VisMin) oversees end-to-end facilities and support services across multiple sites. This role ensures operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and high service levels through effective people, process, and technology management. The position also leads project execution, sustainability initiatives, and stakeholder engagement across business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead property, space, and asset management across assigned sites
• Manage OPEX and CAPEX, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
• Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance (BFP, DENR, DOLE, FDA, LGUs, etc.)
• Oversee business support services including maintenance, security, fleet, cafeteria, utilities, pest control, and staff housing
• Manage third-party vendors, contracts, and SLAs
• Lead facilities-related projects from business case to turnover
• Drive sustainability and waste management programs (EPR, Zero Waste to Landfill, Circular Economy)
• Act as key FM partner to Business Units, ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
• 5–10 years experience in plant, facilities or property management
• minimum 3 years managerial experience in plant, facilities or property management
• Strong background in multi-site operations, project management, and vendor management
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and financial acumen
• Willing to conduct regular plant visits in Danao, Cebu.
