Title:  HR Officer (Cebu)

 

The HR Officer will play a vital role in driving people strategies that support business growth and employee success. This role will serve as a trusted partner to business leaders by providing end-to-end HR support across talent management, employee relations, organization development, engagement initiatives, and HR operations.

 

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business units, providing guidance on people-related concerns, policies, and HR solutions.
  • Support manpower planning, recruitment coordination, and talent sourcing initiatives to address workforce requirements.
  • Facilitate employee relations matters, disciplinary case management, and labor-related concerns while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives, including structure reviews, workforce planning, and productivity improvements.
  • Administer performance management processes, competency assessments, and employee development programs.
  • Support succession planning and talent review activities to strengthen leadership and talent pipelines.
  • Lead employee engagement, culture-building, recognition, and communication programs to enhance employee experience.
  • Provide career coaching and developmental guidance to employees and managers to support growth and performance.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, personnel movement documentation, and SAP updates.
  • Coordinate with Shared Services and Corporate HR teams to ensure timely resolution of employee concerns, benefits administration, and other HR transactions.

 

Job Qualifications:

 

  • A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
  • With at least three (3) years of strong HR Business Partnering and account management experience.
  • Must have relevant experience in talent management, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, and labor standards.
  • Experience supporting operations-driven environments such as retail, food service, hospitality, manufacturing, or similar industries is an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in Cebu City.
