Title:  Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and explain monthly financial results for manufacturing
• Track key performance measures like profit, costs, and cost per unit
• Analyze product pricing, material usage, production efficiency, and waste
• Compare actual results with budget, forecast, and past performance
• Manage month-end closing tasks, including entries and explanations
• Help create yearly budgets, long-term plans, and financial forecasts
• Work closely with Operations to confirm costs and support cost-saving projects
  
  Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or any business-related course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good to have Training/License/ Certification: Preferably Certified Public Accountants, Preferably Certified Internal Auditor
• At least 1 year of experience in Product Cost Management, Cost Accounting, or Cost Management
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles (standard costing, activity-based costing, cost allocation) and inventory management
• Experience using accounting software and ERP systems
