Title: Project Engineering Senior Manager
The Project Engineering Senior Manager (Manufacturing is responsible for overseeing the performance of assigned major capital expenditure projects insofar as design and construction are concerned and ensuring that all design, engineering, and construction efforts are controlled in all aspects of quality, schedule, and budget.
- Strategic Project Planning: Develops strategies to deliver major projects on time, within budget, and with quality by setting timelines, budgets, performance standards, and monitoring systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinates with internal departments and external partners (Architects, Engineers, Contractors) to ensure project goals are met.
- Project Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly updates the Project Control Group on budget, expenses, and timelines; analyzes deviations and recommends corrective actions.
- Contractor Oversight: Manages contractor selection and performance, ensuring work aligns with standards and specifications, especially for major projects.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensures all projects comply with government regulations by coordinating documentation and transactions with contractors.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer with at least ten (10) years of managerial experience in project management and plant engineering in a food manufacturing industry.
- Must have excellent expertise in civil and structural design, project management, and plant safety.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Project Management Software preferred.
- Willing to do field work and site visitations.
- Must be amenable to working onsite at Canlubang, Laguna.
