Title: Production Planning & Inventory Control Initiatives Planner, Specialist
The Production Planning & Inventory Control Initiative Planning Specialist will be responsible for the overall management of projects/initiatives from Business Units (BUs) and/or Manufacturing sites for Jollibee Food Corporation commissaries. Scope of work includes new product launches; limited time offers/promos; product reformulations; product extension to new market/s and expansion of new/existing product to another or multiple commissaries.
Key Responsibility:
- Lead end-to-end commercialization of new product launches from project initiation through launch execution and post-launch evaluation.
- Manage cross-functional project teams across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, and other key stakeholders.
- Drive project execution, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, milestones, and business objectives across multiple Business Units.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, develop mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues when necessary.
- Ensure technical and commercial readiness through capacity assessments, manufacturing trials, product validation, and final production runs.
- Oversee the completion of SAP setups, manufacturing documentation, regulatory requirements, and other launch readiness activities.
- Ensure supply chain and material readiness by securing raw material availability and coordinating inventory requirements throughout commercialization.
- Partner with Supply, Material, and Production Planning teams to align demand, production schedules, and ordering activities.
- Coordinate seamless project handovers to operational teams, ensuring continuity of production, inventory, and planning processes.
- Manage inventory and material remnants in compliance with company policies, including proper disposition, shelf-life management, and data integrity requirements.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be a college graduate of the Industrial Engineering course
- Must at least have 1 to 3 years of experience in Project Management related to product launches with demonstrated end-to-end, full-blown stakeholder coordination.
- Must possess proficiency in Microsoft applications (Planner, Excel, Project, Teams, PowerApps, SharePoint, and Power BI) as well as software systems, including MRP, ERP, SAP, and Anaplan.
- Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement with on-site days at the Canlubang, Laguna
