Title:  Organizational Development Manager (Laguna)

 

The Organizational Development (OD) Manager will be instrumental in enhancing the organization's leadership and overall capabilities to achieve business objectives. This role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating OD programs that align with the company's strategic goals, vision, values, and culture. The OD Manager will also manage the Performance Management System, Change Management, Succession Planning, and Talent Management initiatives.

 

  • Develop and execute OD programs focused on culture building, performance management, change management, succession planning, and talent development.

  • Assess individual, team, and organizational needs using various methods to provide informed OD recommendations and solutions.

  • Monitor, update, and analyze HR/OD metrics for assigned projects, utilizing analytical tools and frameworks to deliver valuable insights.

  • Collaborate and communicate proactively with internal and external partners to ensure the effective implementation of HR/OD projects and initiatives.

 

Job Qualification:

 

  • A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or HR-related courses.

  • With at least 5 years of full-time work experience in Human Resources with at least three (3) years experience in Performance Management, Organizational Development and Project Management.

  • Preferably, with OD or a related function in Business Partnering/Account Management.

  • Prior professional experience in handling project management, performance management, change management, succession management, talent management, and development.

  • Possess excellent project management and planning skills, and communication skills (written and verbal).

  • With strong facilitation and presentation skills.

  • Willing to travel to other sites and offices as needed.

  • Must be willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna.
