Title:  Logistics Manager

 

The Logistics Manager will lead end‑to‑end logistics operations, covering inventory, warehousing, transportation, third‑party partnerships, and cost management. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, safe, and cost‑effective storage and delivery of goods while meeting service level agreements and supporting overall business objectives through effective planning, leadership, and operational control.

 

  • Leads end‑to‑end logistics operations to ensure timely, accurate, safe, and cost‑effective storage and delivery of goods.
  • Drives inventory optimization through innovative models, systems, and cross-functional improvements.
  • Oversees warehouse strategy, network design, audits, and performance enhancement initiatives.
  • Develops and manages transportation strategies, fleet deployment, routing, and modal optimization.
  • Establishes, manages, and continuously improves third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships and contracts.
  • Optimizes logistics costs using financial analysis, forecasting, and trade‑off evaluations across functions.
  • Designs and implements business continuity and risk management plans for logistics operations.
  • Ensures efficient facilities and building management, including audits, maintenance, and operational design.
  • Leads talent development, engagement, succession planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Aligns logistics strategies, systems, and OKRs with overall business objectives.

 

Job Qualifications:

  • A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Management, Supply Chain Management, or related courses
  • Must have at least five (5) years of extensive managerial experience in warehousing and logistics (inbound and outbound) operations, transportation, and inventory operations.
  • Strong leadership, project management, collaboration, and third-party management, which includes financial acumen and audit functions.
  • Proven ability to drive operational improvements, cost optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Solid understanding of logistics systems, optimization models, risk management, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Must be willing to work full-time on a hybrid setup in Bicutan, Paranaque.
