Title: HR Business Partner
Job Summary
The HR Business Partner provides various HR support services to all employees in the Commissary to help them achieve business objectives and sustain business growth through its people.
- Ensures the completeness of the documentation needed for the workforce plan.
- Ensures and facilitates the completion of the documentation for the development/review of job competency matrices.
- Conducts interviews for potential candidates in the required positions and ensures timely execution of the recruitment process.
- Ensures the completeness of the training records and documentation.
- Spearheads ER programs and ensures compliance/involvement of the assigned account.
- Participates in learning initiatives of government channels pertaining to labor laws and their implementation.
- Provides guidance to line managers in the effective and consistent implementation of the company’s Code of Conduct for cases within its scope.
- Propose and manage programs within the allotted budget.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or other related courses.
- With at least one (1) year of work experience as HR Business Partner in a food manufacturing plant handling end-to-end HR account management or business partnering
- Must be knowledgeable in several facets of HR such as but not limited to: employee engagement, labor relations, talent management and development, compensation and benefits, and project management.
- Must be knowledgeable of labor laws, the job evaluation system, and job analysis.
- Must possess good communication and organization skills.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedule in Canlubang, Laguna.
