The HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive HR support services to employees within the company. This position fosters employee engagement, addresses employee relations, and drives organizational growth by aligning people strategies with business objectives.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Talent Acquisition & People Development – Manages recruitment, assessment, selection, onboarding, and monitors learning and development programs to ensure employee capability building and training compliance.
  • Employee Relations – Leads employee relations and engagement programs, promotes participation in CSR initiatives, and supports a positive work environment within assigned accounts.
  • Labor Relations – Handles disciplinary cases, ensures consistent implementation of the Code of Conduct, maintains proper documentation, and supports compliance with labor laws.
  • HR Financials – Proposes HR programs within budget and helps drive cost efficiency and savings.
  • Compliance – Ensures adherence to company policies, safety, quality standards, GMP, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Workforce planning - Supports workforce planning by identifying staffing gaps, facilitating talent supply strategies. Focusing on aligning talent development initiatives and organizational structure to support current and future manpower needs.
  • Performance Management and Talent Management - conducts performance management activities within site/account assignment and monitors closure; implements talent reviews and succession planning activities for R&F to Officer level

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
  • With at least two (2) years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a food manufacturing setting, managing end-to-end HR operations or business partnerships.
  • Well-versed in key HR areas, including but not limited to employee engagement, workforce planning, labor relations, talent acquisition and development, performance management and talent management
  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of labor laws, job evaluation systems, and job analysis frameworks.
  • Possesses strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willing to work onsite in Canlubang, Laguna.
