Title: Finance Officer (Laguna)
The Finance Officer for new business will play a crucial role in the analysis and reporting of the company's financial performance, conducting variance analysis, standard costing, transfer pricing, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Reviews events contributing to overall business profitability.
- Prepares monthly profit and loss statements per SKU for profitability management.
- Collaborates with assigned brands' commissary operations.
- Works with logistics, store operations, and R&D for system setups and resolutions.
- Aligns with the Director on monthly closing and outlook approach; prepares and revises monthly outlooks.
- Leads budgets, outlook/forecast preparation, and report variances.
- Ensures timely and accurate financial reports, including outlook and monthly PNL.
- Assists in decision-making for key projects, prepare scenario analysis, and ensure system data integrity.
- Participates in weekly operations meetings and provides bi-monthly updates on the brand's financial health.
- Assists the Director with various tasks as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent courses.
- With at least three (3) years of work experience in product cost accounting or cost management, financial planning, and reporting.
- With at least three (3) years of work experience in production or inventory planning operations, preferably in a food manufacturing industry.
- Preferably, with experience in financial modeling (simulation and forecast) and Anaplan.
- Possess good communication skills, both oral and written, as well as presentation skills.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision, attentive to details, and able to think outside the box
- Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup in Laguna or Pasig.
