Title: Engineering Project Manager
The Engineering Project Manager will lead the planning, design, and execution of major capital expenditure projects. This role oversees end‑to‑end project management—from conceptualization to construction and turnover—ensuring that all engineering and construction efforts meet quality, budget, and schedule targets.
- Leads the full project lifecycle, including feasibility, design, budgeting, construction, and commissioning.
- Develops project timelines, cost estimates, budgets, and performance control standards.
- Oversees and manages contractors, architects, engineers, and all project partners.
- Ensures all engineering and construction activities comply with company standards, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines.
- Conducts regular monitoring, reporting, and analysis of project costs, progress, and risks.
- Drives continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies and implementing engineering best practices.
- Coordinates permits, compliance documents, and government requirements related to project executions.
- Represents the organization in technical discussions, site coordination meetings, and project reviews.
- Leads issue resolution, change management, and improvement initiatives across project teams.
Job Qualifications:

A graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Electronics Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred).

Must have at least five (5) years of managerial experience in plant engineering, construction management, or industrial project management.

Posses strong background in civil/structural design, mechanical systems, utilities, and construction processes.

Proven experience handling multi‑million peso CAPEX projects.

Proficient in project management methodologies, engineering tools, and project monitoring systems.

Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across various departments and levels of the organization.

Experience using AutoCAD and project management software is preferred.
- Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup in Canlubang, Laguna
