Title:  Technician, Red Ribbon Commissary Philippines

The EMD Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper operation, maintenance, and availability of production equipment to support efficient manufacturing operations.

• Installs, repairs, and maintains production equipment.
• Performs troubleshooting, major repairs, overhauling, and preventive maintenance under the guidance of the Superior.
• Conducts regular plant inspections to monitor equipment performance.
• Ensures equipment readiness for production and recommends outsourcing when needed.
• Carries out assigned maintenance tasks and submits accurate daily work reports.
• Maintains cleanliness of the work area and ensures proper equipment shutdown at the end of each shift.
• Trains team members on machine operation and assigned maintenance activities.
• Ensures compliance with SOPs, FSQ, GMP, and HACCP standards.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related course.
• With at least one (1) to two (2) years of experience in Engineering and Maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Candidate must be willing to work in Cagayan De Oro (Full On-site)
