Title:  Production Encoder

The Production Encoder is responsible for encoding and recording of all production- or logistics-related transaction in the database to ensure accurate inventory of materials and other clerical tasks needed.

• Transfer posting of materials from production storage locations.

• Checks actual inventory versus system generated inventory report.

• Files important documents, receipts, and other transactional records for future reference.

• Complies with existing standards, guidelines, and procedures.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any four-year course Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science or related courses.

• Should have at least one-year experience in on-line encoding preferably in production and/or distribution environment.

• Basic knowledge in standard office work and filing practices.

• Required certification courses for GMP and HACCP.           

• Passed Skills Proficiency.

• Good academic record and highly computer literate, adept with numbers and with above-average typing speed.

• Willing to be assigned in Cagayan De Oro City
