Title:  Facilities Repair & Maintenance Manager

The Facilities Repair & Maintenance Manager is responsible for the effective resolution of all facilities repairs and maintenance concerns in the assigned district. It is also responsible for the implementation of JFCs Comprehensive Maintenance Program and Fire Life Safety Program thru monitoring of the program implementation. Guides to the stores on preemptive measures to mitigate impact of disasters; Assesses store safety after a disaster.


  • Monitor Repair Work Orders under his district. Ensures effective resolution of work orders, issues, and concern.
  • Conduct actual store visit regularly, or as needed to address critical and inspect store's Electrical Facility
  • Assess store safety and damage after the onset of the disaster. Recommends corrective measures to ensure store safety (facilities and equipment).
  • Submit billing reports for validation and approval


  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Must be a registered Mechanical Engineer or Registered Electrical Engineer
  • 8-10 years experience in People Management
  • At least 5 years work experience in Facilities Management or Maintenance
  • Basic knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration and Air-conditioning. Fire and Life Safety and in Civil Works.
  • Candidate must be amenable to do field work in the provinces of North Luzon (Bulacan, Pampanga, Zambales)
