Title: Senior Crew
JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Crew is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the stir-fry and back-up stations, ensuring the delivery of all products from those stations.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education: At least 2nd year college in any degree course, preferably enrolled

Experience: Kitchen cook/crew in a QSR, fastfood or restaurant for at least one year. If internal, at least one year as a kitchen crew or Team Leader, and is assigned to a store that has achieved adequate PCF GSC scores
Training/License/ Certification
At least level 3 TESDA certification in Commercial Cooking or Food and Beverage Service courses
Crew Training System – certification in Stir-fry and Back-up stations and product preparation procedures
At least level 3 TESDA certification in Commercial Cooking or Food and Beverage Service courses
